Mocha Chiffon Cake
As part of my chiffon madness, I made this Mocha Chiffon Cake. I've been wanting to make this for a while but I haven't settlted on how to make a good mocha flavor. I finally found a good chocolate and coffee extract! Yay! So here it is...

Hi, I have made pandan chiffons cake very very often, however, I reaally want to try to make this mocha one but I'm not sure on what type of cocoa I should use and where i should add it because I know chiffons cake are really prone to deflation :(. PLus, I live in Canada, and my mom suggested that the cold weather makes the egg less cooperative in making this cake >.<.
